Our aim is to create attractive investment opportunities in different market segments with emphasis on the creditworthiness and potential of acquisition targets or individual tenants. BREI is working closely with international investors interested in investing in Central Europe.

BREI is part of an investment group with nearly 500,000 square meters of office space, apartments and hotels both owned and managed. The core tenants are  primarily telecom companies and financial institutions. The most important clients include Telefónica Czech Republic a.s., ČSOB a.s., Česká spořitelna a.s., Česká pojišťovna a.s. and Česká pošta s.p. BREI is based in Prague.
